Where required by law or platform policy, users should clearly disclose that AI-generated or AI-modified content is synthetic or digitally generated.
Users may upload text, images, photographs, audio, video, documents, voices, faces, or other content to ReelSense for processing.

Users are responsible for reviewing generated content before publishing or distributing it.
ReelSense may use credits, tokens, quotas, or other usage units to provide AI generation and processing services.
The number of credits or tokens required may vary depending on the selected AI service, generation settings, duration, resolution, processing requirements, or other technical factors.
In some situations, a generation may fail because of technical issues, service interruptions, AI model errors, infrastructure failures, or other unexpected problems.
ReelSense has automated systems designed to detect failed generations. When the system determines that a requested video was not successfully generated, the applicable token or credit may be automatically returned to the user's account.
If tokens or credits are deducted despite the requested video not being successfully generated and the automated system does not correctly restore them, our team will review the issue and, where applicable, restore the relevant tokens or credits.
Such manual corrections are generally processed within 24 to 48 hours.
ReelSense may offer paid subscriptions, credit packages, quotas, or other paid services.
Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. ReelSense may not directly control the payment processing infrastructure and cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of third-party payment systems.
Occasionally, a payment may be successfully charged by the payment provider while the corresponding subscription or quota is not immediately reflected in the ReelSense account.
If your account has been charged but your purchased subscription or quota has not been activated, please do not make repeated payments for the same purchase while the transaction is being reviewed.
Our team monitors payment and subscription issues and will review verified transactions. Where a payment has been successfully received but the corresponding subscription has not been activated, the subscription or applicable purchased benefit will generally be provided within 24 to 48 hours after verification.
Users may contact our support team if the purchased subscription or quota is not reflected after the applicable processing period.

You agree to use ReelSense responsibly and to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, third-party rights, and platform requirements.
